Teacher Residency Program
KIPP SoCal Teacher Residency in partnership with Alder Graduate School of Education is a teacher apprenticeship program that offers an effective pathway to becoming a teacher. In one year, residents gain a master’s degree, required credentials for California, and in- classroom experience with a mentor teacher.

Teacher Residency Program

School Leader Fellowship
The nationwide educator shortage, worsened by the pandemic, extends to experienced school principals. To address this, KIPP SoCal is committed to cultivating leaders through the two-year School Leader Fellow Program, preparing educators for successful, high-performing school leadership.
